Sea-Doo RIVA RXP-X / RXT-X 260 Intercooler Tubing Upgrade Kit

Our Intercooler Tubing Upgrade Kit significantly improves the performance & reliability of your intercooler system. This is an essential upgrade for all racing and recreational performance craft.

Key Features Include:

• Precision formed aluminum tubing: Our high strength aluminum tubes are shorter than original to minimize boost loss. Rigid aluminum will not swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses providing improved throttle response & reliability.
• Integrated blow-off valve mount: Intercooler tubing includes mount for HKS Blow-Off Valve Kit (RS17081-BOV-SSQV) or RIVA Blow-Off Valve Block-off Kit (RS1750-BVBO) ; both sold separately. Use of blow-off valve reduces wear and tear on clutch & drive gears of supercharger and eliminates heat soak in discharge tube.

• High quality silicone couplers & stainless steel clamps.

Fits all `09~12 Sea-Doo craft with S3 hulls along with 2012 RXP-X 260 T3 hull. Requires use of RIVA ‘GEN-3’ Power Cooler (part# RS1752-PC) or OEM `08~10 Sea-Doo 255/260 intercooler. Not compatible with smaller `11~12 OEM intercoolers.
